I think it's okay to say that everyone has something they wish to change about themselves. There is people and pictures bombarding us, telling us that we are not good enough or smart enough. Well, I believe reflecting on these things and letting them get to us is an unhealthy habit that will result in an unhappy life. Here are my 7 goals for letting things go and enjoying the time God has given us on this beautiful earth.
1) Pray without ceasing
Pray without ceasing sounds a little weird, doesn't it? "How do you pray without ceasing?" You may ask. You must simply say "Dear God..." in the morning, And let your day be an example of prayer.
Let it be a reminder not to get angry during the day, and to live knowing God is listening.
2) Try to go for a walk outside
It wont kill you, and you can see what God has made
3) Read your bible
Its the #1 bestselling book worldwide
4) Try new things
Dare to do the things that scare you
5) Eat Healthier

Laughter is the best medicine:)
7) Take a second and breathe
If anyone wishes to annoy or hurt through words, Stop and breathe. Let the words bounce of of you and stick to them. As a wise woman once said... "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." Let all things go and smile. Make them see they can't hurt you. Let them know you are strong:)
